About the Company: Keepbags

She slides on her dress and heels and begins scrounging around her closet for the perfect evening bag. She furiously throws around one after another. She’s thinking, “This one has a gold strap and I am wearing silver tonight, too casual, no shoulder strap, too big for evening,” she keeps throwing, “wrong color, tattered corners, left over from the high school prom.” Then she stops and pictures in her mind the perfect bag for her occasion. Coming to the realization that her imaginary bag isn’t going to appear out of thin air, she anxiously stuffs the essentials into her husband’s pocket and heads for the door!

I’ve experienced this very scenario- and like most women, I sometimes stress a bit too much about what I’m wearing – striving to find the perfect accessories to go with the perfect dress. This struggle is what motivated me to create KeepBags. With its neutral color palette, fabric-manipulated surfaces, and monochromatic tones, KeepBags delivers sophisticated versatility.

If you eliminate straps and bangles, viola; the KeepBags becomes an instant clutch! I really wanted to create a line that was artistic and unique but not void of practicality.
